The single family “L” house interacts with the outdoors nearby, with the great garden that surrounds the house, and with the background farther away, featured by several interesting points of view on hills and mountains.

The two branches of the “L” are the living and the sleeping areas connected through a box that houses the entrance and the stairs to reach the basement. The house is a one level building in structural masonry that will attain very high standards of energy efficiency and sustainability
