The starting point for this competition proposal is the desire to re-adjust the distribution of the cycle-pedestrian and automotive areas, trying to bring the the waterfront to a new human scale.

The resulting decrease of space for vehicles in favor of the pedestrian and cyclable space should be a strong incentive to sustainable forms of mobility, no longer based on moving people with cars.
